Q.
3 years old daughter... suffering from constipation.. passes motion once in 3-4 days.. sometimes takes a week. We have been ensuring she drinks lot of water. please help.

Water is good apart from that you can give more of fibre which diet make sure include butter milk also it works like a natural lack if a constipated kids you can apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water
