Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, fruits and dairy. Speak to your doctor for any kind of deficiency issues.

It should be at least 14 right now so it would be good to include more of proteins into every day diet and meal of your child and make your child more of physical activities which will help in increasing the appetite and growth and weight of your child at the same time
