3 year old having fever and cough. Mucus not coming out. No nasal blockage. Gave medication as guided by pediatrician but till date have seen little change only. She vomited lil food with white mucus. And her temperature goes up while sleeping and comes down. Also not havning proper food and feeling tired and sleepy. What remidies should i take? is it normal?

A. continue the medicines. cdocold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
