Q.

my 3 year kid has a nose blockage from 3 days. he makes s snor sound from nose when sleeping and breaths from mouth. he has no fever and no running nose. the mucus is not coming out even if he cries. giving him steam 2times a day. still there is no improvement.

A. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing. paracetamol for fever and pain Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.x Give water at frequent intervals For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child This can ozccur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

A. Use nasal drops every time within the gap of 5 to 6 hours also you can nebulise that is going to help in reducing the congestion and melting down the congestion in the nose also yet if there is no relief then please consult your doctor for this
