3 month old baby am giving breastfeeding can I give a water to my baby?

Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
