A. No you should exclusively breast feed your baby till Six months and afterwards start weaning foods and water as mother's milk is the complete food for the baby and builds immunity of the baby

A. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water should be given to the baby only after completing 6 months. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
