In 2 years, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken and fish curry with rice, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, omelette, boiled egg, pan cake, waffle, upma, poha, khichdi, dalia, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, seasonal fruits, mixed vegetable soup, legumes, gher alongwith variety of fluids lije water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks and 500-550 ml milk everyday.
