A. A 2 year old baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Include foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, dalia, khichdi, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, mixed vegetable soup and 550-650 ml milk everyday.
