2nd Sezurine finished before 2months. Is can eat Non veg or not ? Is it safe will eat Non veg for health?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can eat non veg foods after your c section. There are no restrictions on having any sort of healthy food. Ensure that the non veg food is hygienic, homemade with less oil preparation.
