2nd half months but I'm still feeling confused I forgot what I do want to over come what happened with me 😞

A. There is a clarity in your question but you seen in the little lost with what you have mentioned so I think it would be better to consult a psychiatrist for yourself a psychologist or psychiatrist would be the right person to help you with the situation that you are in
