A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have more rich fibre food and protein diet and also have flex seeds and chia seeds in your diet . Also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea or Shaadmani Dandelion free tea as it increase metabolism and good for health and strength the bones too. Take care
