27th dec 9t my son vomited at 4.40a.m 3 times..after that from last 3 days he getting stomach pain i given the drotin 4ml syrup..its not working..what should i do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a pain in his tummy so give him syrup cyclopam 5 ml sos and lanzol junior sachets twice a day before food
