25 days old baby has a pus filled large pimple under armpit. what might have caused it?

A. Okay so if it is only one then that is the side-effect of the BCG vaccination now it happens this way that the puss building pimple appears and then you just have to puncture it if it has a a mouth already puncture it and then apply betadine ointment onto that and if needed please visit Dr also and keep the place open
