20 month baby boy say only papa and mama...is it normal or not??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. development of speech can be late in some babies no need to worry continue to interact. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

It is also at the same time if your child is understanding and responding well and following all your commands then there is no problem it’s just a matter of time that your child picks up onto the speech so the point over here is going to be the more you talk better better it is going to be with time
