the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg

control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Give a good sun light exposure. Good luck and take care.
