Q.
2 months post delivery my hair fall has started. Its very drastic and uncontrollable. I have tried many things to stop it but I failed at every try... whenever I touch my head am getting handful of hair in my hands.. i already have a thin hair so witnessing this much hair fall is very stressful and am worried...Is there any solution ? #asktheexperts

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. the hormonal changes are main reason.. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too.
Avoid stress.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet.
do take ur iron n calcium supplements
