2 month ago i had a baby dilivery normaly and i am suffering from constipation plz tell me to avoid this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if you are suffering from constipation problem try to take a healthy diet with green vegetables plenty of liquid and good fibre in the diet for any kind of medication consult a doctor
