Q.

my 8month old baby is suffering from constipation. what should i do to avoid her constipation

A. constipation is common problem in children in which diet modification is important like including high fibres in the diet for which you can give seasonal fruits like papaya, watermelon and seasonal vegetables will also help , can give daliya or oatsmeal also .give more liquids. cc s giving excess of milk may cause constipation too.also avoid banana which may aggravate .lactulose or polyethylene glycol is of good help,give any medicine or suppository only when prescribed.

A. You should give good amount of liquid in fluids to the child on regular basis that is only going to maintain hydration in the body and will fight constipation to quite an extent there is no permanent solution to it these are the only little little things that you need to take care of and that should be enoughWrite Your Answer Here
