2 days back my 4 and half yr old boy got some eye infection we went to eye dr he prescribed azitral iontment and two types of eye drops.eye is now clear.but first day on his cheek below the eye one mark is there that is similar to some bug scrolled on cheek plz any one advise wat is yhat.i attached a pic below

A. can be injury or can be because of viral infection for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
