Thermophob ointment you can apply and prior to that you can do some cold compress I hope the vaccination you got done is either today or yesterday so you can repeat this process 3 to 4 times in the day is really hurt a lot in reducing the swelling into the vaccinated area and will help in relaxing the skin as well
