Q.
1year 4month old baby doc said to do montoux test as he is having lymph nodes on his neck .. but he is not having any cold cough fever ....

Lymph nodes do not necessarily have to be associated with cold cough and fever all the time because normally Lipton are associated if you see sweating in that region then you may need to take an action that is why your doctor may have advised to get the necessary test
