1and half year baby caught fever(temp 100.5) probably due to playing with Gulal on the day of holi. should we use paracetamol? if yes then what should be the dose?

A. 15 mg/kg, Maximum 4 times a day. Gap between two doses is 6 hrs.

A. babies one and half years old and having fever so you can give paracetamol drops if temperature in the above 99 Fahrenheit and can repeat every 6 hours is fever persists
