19m old puke last night Dint eat anything whole day She puked again Any clue what can it be

A. Hello mom could very possibly be food intolerance so don’t force her to eat if she is not willing .. give her liquids mostly and it’s important to keep her hydrated .. so coconut water , lemon juice , fresh seasonal fruits or vegetable soups .. if she ask for foods give her soft and mildly flavoured food
