firdosMom of a 1 yr 9 m old boy2 days agoA. Hi Mummy, 9.6 kg at 19 months is slightly low but okay if baby is active. Don't worry, food chart follow ayyi try chey:
*Morning (8am):* Ragi porridge / upma + boiled egg small piece
*Mid morning (11am):* Banana / papaya / curd
*Lunch (1:30pm):* Rice + dal + ghee + curd + little chicken / egg. Moong dal khichdi best for weight.
*Evening (4:30pm):* Roasted makhana / suji halwa / potato
*Night (8pm):* Rice + rasam + veggies + ghee
*Before sleep:* Milk 150ml
*Weight peraganiki tips:*
- Prathi meal lo 1 spoon ghee add chey
- Roju 2 times egg / week 3 times chicken
- Ragi, dates, peanut powder weight ki manchidi
- Biscuits, kurkure, juice ivvaku - aakali pothundi
Baby active ga unte, frequent ga cold padakapothe weight slowly peruguthundi. One month lo peragakapothe pediatrician ni kalava.

FirstCry UserMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl3 days agoA. Its totally normal if your baby is active and achieving other milestone as my baby girl was 10 kg at the same age. But if she is not eating like my daugther you can ask for some supplements like iron and vitamins
