Q.

19 month baby passes mucus in stool but non runny stool and 4 times in a day .is it matter of concern as he is only having bm and solid food what elder eat

A. Hello good evening !! It's normal to excrete mucus once a while and 3-4 times a day is normal. But too much sticky stool or any blood stains more than 6 times pooping must be concerned and go for stool test by Consulting Paeditrician. Feed more water and fluids , normal home made food with less oil and spices.

Q. My daughter is 45 days old. she always passed stool with mucus in it. All these 45 days whenever she passes stool it is full of mucus. She doesn't have fever and she looks normal.
