Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if your baby is having any kind of infection in the eye you should get the baby examined by a doctor and then only any treatment could be started for such small baby e it is difficult to comment here

Consult ur Paediatrician or an eye specialist for the same because the doctor can check the iron first you need to know confirm that it is a conjunctivitis infection or something else and according to that only the eyedrops for your child can be advised to you
