18month baby get fever from 5day up to 102 all blood test and xray is ok so plz consultant what was the problem

A. 102° fahrenheit is never normal so it is better that you please consult your doctor immediately and get a Corona test done if needed because if the fever is not coming down and if that is too high not even any blood infection has been detected then please get a Corona test done for the child
