A. hi parent as the baby is above 1 year of age you can give everything from your diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your child all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
