keep child in well ventilated room.
offer more liquid and fruits.
avoid spicy and oily food . . . .. .

Teething Would be one of the biggest reasons behind it or deficiency of iron so you just have to figure it out after getting a check with your doctor because this way without proper assessment we cannot be sure about anything so once you get a cheque personally would rather have a clear idea about it
