18 month old girl baby having white dot like patches in back... pls help

A. It maybe due to calcium deficiency that white patches are there sometimes could be just due to dryness and nothing else so I’m just going to advise you to take a clarity with your doctor on this and then proceed with what your doctor has to advise as that would be actually the right thing for you to do
