my son is 3 months old. his body is full of white dot dot patches. is their any cream r its normal for babies

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello this can be due to dry skin and you can try keeping baby skin well hydrated and you can be using any mild and gentle baby skin care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and paraben free like Babyhug which can be helpful
