15 day old baby vomits yellow colour, is it normal, what should we do

A. It. Maybe due to some congestion in the throat which is why yellow colour is probably seen because a lot of time when kids are suffering with cough and they have congestion into the throat and chest sometimes I can warm it a little bit and yellow colour
