13 months boy ki bukhar.nak me Pani Aya kya karu.1 month pehele hua tha doctor dekhya to thik hogeya abhi phirse aya

A. hi it might happen because of viral or bacterial Infection. please keep your child well hydrated. offer Luke warm water with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and Tulsi leaves ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. you can apply babyrub on your child nose.
