A. Hello dear parent, for 102 degree fever you shoud do cold fomentation o your baby's forehead and under the feet. As tht wouod help in breaking down the fever quick Ly. Also call your doctor immediately for any stronger medicine to be given then paracetamol. Good luck and take care
