AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello mama Take adequate rest and sleep. eat healthy and nutritious diet. stay happy and stress free which is very important during pregnancy. Avoid wearing heels.. Papaya pineapple ,alcohol ,caffeine products to be avoided during pregnancy
