Madam you always have an option of giving fresh foods please avoid giving juices to the child as a lot of parents do not know that due to high content of sugar into the fruits when you make a juice out of them is very unhealthy for a child and even for an adult for that matter which is why it’s always advisable to consume fruits not to give juices
