Hi My baby is 5 months old ...we slowly started watermelon juice for baby ...recently we found red spots in poop ....could you please help me with this ...Is this due to juices or due to any other thing

Maam monitor for one more day if you don’t give watermelon and if you still see the similar consistency having red dots into the motion of the child and in that case it could be high possibility that it could be associated with lactose or stomach infection issues
