Q.
11 month boy concern about his private part. I don't know how much should open right now it's open only little bit but there is no problem in urine flow.

Dr will see for phimosis in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
