104 fever last three days and loose moting thrice a day

also having loose motion, give lots of fluids to avoid dehydration snd, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

please measure the temperature using Babyhug temperature strip and of its 99.5 or higher then use pcm pediatric drops as per her weight and age
please keep gap of min five hours between two dose
keep her well hydrated
