Crocin or any other medicine that you have available at your place that you can give to the child as per the current age of your child I’m current weight of your child that is what is going to be good you can repeat the medicine after every six hours if you see the temperature is rising and continue for 72 hours if the medicine works and the fever subside then it’s okay otherwise after 72 hours also the fever is there then you need to take an assistance with your doctor
