NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and give your child well balanced nutritious food in the diet .. you can try to give your child fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruits and dairy products
