1 year 7 month ka bacha agar dwai nh peeta hai vomiting kardeta hai to kya uske liye paracetamol or monecef injection de sakte hai kya usko meri beti ko jhukam or khansi bahut jada hora hai mbbs,md dr.ko dikhaya usne medicine likhi par y pee nh ri hai dwai bilkul bhi dr.ne usko monocef dene ko bola hai injection kya y de sakte h
