Q.
1.) Why do my newborn baby getting heat boils on his cheeks? 2.) Why do my newborn baby getting Light Choke leading to flow of milk from nose and mouth while feeding. (My baby is 25 days old by now)

Atogla cream you can apply as of now as these things usually happened due to heat in the weather and sometimes in the body and secondly the cream is going to be quite benefiting for you to use and about your other query vomiting and spitting of milk is very common in this age due to stomach reflux which is I would recommend you to kindly maintain the position of feeding properly with the head of the child should be in elevated position and after feeding keep your child on your shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes for burping and better digestion of milk
