Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children3 weeks agoA. that is because of block tear duct... press the eyes and nose joint area strong pinch do 4 to 5 times and repeat after 4 to 5 times... maintain hygiene .. use cotton ball dip in warm water and use to clean
