as per what has been mentioned it seems that for this need to take a proper examination and consult in case of further queries to the doctor for this for further advise

please don't self medicate your child.
it can be harmful.
so for medicines , please consult your pediatrician.
keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
