ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. depending on factors. three months minimum. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
