ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom kids by the age of one year they tend to triple Their birth weight and then on yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs .. a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and eating well

AAMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Try to give balanced diet.Include banana,mango,sweet potato ,potato,eggs ,ghee and chicken ....and ask your pediatrician for further advice.
