Hello mom healthy protein foods along with over all nutritious options are necessary such as dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner c ghee , eggs , non veg if preferred such as chicken , fish etc , variety of dals and lentils like channa, rajma etc , seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals
