A. Dear mum, you should give at least 500 ml of milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese to your baby. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Avoid giving chocolate shake.
