i am in 30 weeks and having pain in my both hips and its unbearable.. can't walk, sit and sleep....
may b due to overweight or due to low calcium.....take calcium supplements and never stop exercise....atleast how much ever u can do....take out the word unbearable pain...its more of psychological ....be strong n always engaged in some or the other work ....good luck

Wake up in the morning , drink a glass of Luke warm water, listen garbh sanskaar mantras or vedic mantars when you are walking or doing
yoga and exercise (under your doctor guidance).
Always listen to your body during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a beautiful phase of life enjoy it and feel your little bundle of joy.

mai diabetic and thyroid patient hu.. mera pehla baby 4 years ka hai.. maine es month conceive kiya hai.. kya mujhe continue karna chahiye second baby ke liye koi rescue to nhi hota hai... pls btaiye
