Morning Mantra
Drink warm water after waking up in morning..along with a little walk.
due to constipation also happens so ,have coconut water and do walking 20 mints .even after having coconut water ,20 walk still pain is there consult doctor
may b due to overweight or due to low calcium.....take calcium supplements and never stop exercise....atleast how much ever u can do....take out the word unbearable pain...its more of psychological ....be strong n always engaged in some or the other work ....good luck
