may b due to overweight or due to low calcium.....take calcium supplements and never stop exercise....atleast how much ever u can do....take out the word unbearable pain...its more of psychological ....be strong n always engaged in some or the other work ....good luck
due to constipation also happens so ,have coconut water and do walking 20 mints .even after having coconut water ,20 walk still pain is there consult doctor

then 1 biscuit and green tea.
because i read that green tea is not taken in empty stomach. then i take breakfast
